The It Is Well study is a 3 week study on anxiety. This study encourages women to go to the Lord with their worries and anxieties, and to rest in His all-sufficient grace. The study walks through Scripture and points to the source of our hope in all of life's anxieties. We are reminded that God can redeem even our fear, worry, and anxiety for our good and for His glory. This study is designed to point you to God, to help you to know Him more, and to equip you with the Word of God to turn from anxious thoughts and into the Father's arms. We are praying that it will encourage and comfort you.


The 8x10 study book is 75 pages long.


Each week contains 5 days of study material, including daily study questions. Each week also has a memory verse day and a weekly reflection day to help dig deeper into Scripture.

It Is Well Study

We are using this study in a small group of women’s Bible study and it works great to meet and discuss a week at a time. We just had our first meeting and the study itself opened up multiple topics for us to be vulnerable with each other and opened the door to use the scripture to have a true spiritual experience together. Highly recommend whether studying alone or in a group!

I just finished my first week of this study, i love how easy it is to use. I like how it helps you interpret and the follow up questions. I also like how at the end of the week it has reflective questions! I like that its soley based on anxiety and helps you work through it.
