Terms of service

Processing time: All orders are assumed in stock and will ship as soon as possible; typically within 1-3 business days. If an item is on back-order the item description will state this fact.

Incorrect Address: Please double check the shipping address before placing your order. We can not be held responsible if a wrong shipping address was supplied.

Order Cancellations: Because orders are packaged and shipped so quickly, we can not always cancel orders, or change addresses after an order has been placed. Make sure to double check your order and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after your order is placed, please email us right away, and we will check if it is able to be changed.

If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

International Orders: Customer is responsible for any custom's taxes/fees. Please note I can not lower the value amount, or mark as gift on the customs form.

Missing orders: While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing along it's travels to you, I am happy to send a replacement! We are however not responsible for items that are showing as delivered through the provided tracking information.
