5 Things Christians Should Know About Depression | Ep. 119

Episode 119

Depression is hard, and it’s a hard thing to talk about. The causes and implications of depression are complex. God made us body, mind, and soul, and these things all interrelate. However, this doesn’t mean that we can’t work toward educating ourselves about depression, for our own benefit and for the good of those we’re walking alongside in real life. There are a few things all Christians should know about depression! Today, we are joined by Aubrey Coleman, a fellow staff writer on The Daily Grace Co. team. Aubrey has a degree in biblical counseling, and she offers her wisdom and insight on this topic. She also co-wrote a study on depression that was recently released from The Daily Grace Co. Never Alone is a 4-week study on the topic of depression. Through the course of this study, you will walk through the lives of faithful saints who wrestled with depression, and in doing so, you will be reminded that regardless of what this life brings, the people of God will never walk alone.
