How many of each item do you have?

It varies greatly from product to product. Many of the products have very limited quantities and will likely sell out at the beginning of the sale.

What does slightly imperfect mean?

We examine every product before it is sold to make sure that the products are up to our very high standards. Occasionally a product will have a very slight imperfection, though it is still a beautiful product. We don't sell an imperfect product, if we would not use it ourselves. 

A few examples of imperfections would be variations in pottery, slight imperfections in imprints (imprint high, low, not perfectly straight, etc.),scratch, bent corners, smudges, marks, dirt spots, scuffs, etc.

Items will not be broken.

Many customers let us know that they can not even find the imperfection on their items.

When does the sale end?

The sale will run through Sunday, or while supplies last. Many items have limited quantities and will sell out quickly.

Can the items be returned?

ALL SALES are FINAL and are unable to be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This includes slightly imperfect products.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time is 24 hours. However, during busy seasons, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
