Life can feel out of control sometimes, right? Many of us feel a greater need or desire for control when the chaos around us increases. But are we really able to control things in life? We can have a perfectly planned out day (down to the minute!), but we’re at the mercy of so many external factors. There are a million little things that can uproot our sense of control! The truth is, this world is out of our control! But here’s good news: God is sovereign. This means that He is in perfect control at all times! This attribute of God frees us from our perpetual search for control in our out of control world. In this episode, we consider how our desire for control can flesh itself out. We want to see how we’re grasping for control because it’s actually dangerous for us. And plus, there’s a better way: we can find freedom and comfort in our out of control world by resting in the sovereignty of God. Come join our conversation.
