INTERVIEW PROCESS
Here's what you can expect. Average timeline is anywhere from 3-8 weeks depending on how quickly applicants schedule their interviews.
APPLY

SUPPLEMENT
You will supply supplemental materials which may include a portfolio review, writing samples, or video screening questions.
CULTURE
Your first interview will focus around culture. We are looking for team members who embody our seven core values and those who are sold-out to the mission.
SKILLS
Your second interview will allow you to showcase your previous accomplishments and communicate your qualifications for the position.
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
At this point in the process, we like to go off campus to a local coffee shop for an informal conversation to get to know you more.
VERBAL OFFER
During your last and final interview you may be presented with a verbal job offer to join the Dream Team!
WRITTEN OFFER
The verbal job offer will then be sent via email and once you sign it, our onboarding team will get busy to welcome you to the team!
START
Your official start date will depend much on your situation. We will be ready as soon as you are!
