Wonderful content, my mind was blown several times as I understood scriptures like I never did. Thank you for making such great content.
I am French and my friends and I all agree on the fact that guides like this are incredibly helpful to connect with scipture. We all wish they existed in French!
I just began to study. I am excited about what I will learn finding peace in my heart through scripture.
I am very satisfied with my order and customer service. Thank yall so much !
I'm on my fourth set of markers and have created my own identification system. I can tell by which color I use whether what I highlighted was:
1.) Directly attributed to any member of the Trinity
2.) Was attributed as having Christian origin or referred to someone who directly communicated with Jesus or His inner circle.
3. Was from the world or individuals who were not Christians.
Beautiful book and impactful, well written study.
This is the second study I’ve bought from here and I really like it so far. It combines Old Testament with Jesus very well.
I received this journal for free with my purchase during a promotion, and I am blown away by how beautiful it is in person. Very pretty gray color with a gorgeous gold verse printed on the cover. I know my friend (whom I'm giving this to as a birthday gift) will love this.
Finally something super cute with no bleeding through
Love the pink and cream contrast on this mug and the reminder to live each day with eternity in view.
I bought the ESV Journaling study Bible cottage. It is absolutely amazing and I am so excited to have this Bible.
Forty Sayings of Jesus | Knowing Jesus Through His Own Words is a beautiful invitation to slow down, listen carefully to the words of Christ, and allow them to shape not only what we believe but also how we live.
One of the things I appreciate most about this study is its simplicity of focus: Jesus and His words. Over forty days, the study explores some of His most familiar and significant sayings, helping us better understand who Jesus is, why He came, what He values, what He taught, and what it truly means to follow Him.
It can be easy to become so familiar with certain words of Jesus that we read over them without stopping to consider their significance. This study encourages us to linger—to read His words carefully, examine them in context, and ask how they should transform our hearts and lives today.
I especially enjoyed the progression toward Jesus’ final words from the cross. While the forty-day format makes this a wonderful study for the Lenten season leading up to Easter, its message is certainly not limited to one time of year. Knowing Jesus more deeply and learning to follow Him more faithfully is something we need in every season.
The weekly reflection questions, prayer prompts, summaries, and memory verses add another meaningful layer to the study. Rather than simply gaining information, readers are encouraged to respond personally to what they are learning and hide the words of Christ in their hearts.
Forty Sayings of Jesus is a wonderful resource for anyone longing to know Jesus more intimately, love Him more deeply, and follow Him more faithfully. After all, if we want to know Jesus, what better place to begin than by listening carefully to His own words?
In the Grip of His Grace is a beautiful collection of essays centered on one of the most comforting truths in Scripture: God is faithful—even when our circumstances are uncertain, our plans change, and life does not unfold as we expected.
In a world where promises are often broken, and people inevitably disappoint us, how reassuring it is to be reminded that God’s character never changes. He is trustworthy in every season—not because our circumstances are always good, but because He is always good.
I especially appreciated the emphasis on the connection between God’s faithfulness and our faithfulness. We are not called to manufacture faithfulness through our own strength. Instead, as we grow in our understanding of who God is and learn to depend upon Him, His Spirit enables us to live faithfully in response to His grace.
The personal stories throughout the book make these truths especially relatable. They remind us that God’s faithfulness is not merely a theological concept we read about in Scripture. It is something we can recognize in the ordinary details of our own lives—in seasons of joy and sorrow, waiting and answered prayer, certainty and uncertainty.
Because this is a collection of individual essays, it is also the kind of book you can keep nearby and return to whenever your heart needs encouragement. Each reading gently redirects your attention from changing circumstances to the unchanging character of God.
In the Grip of His Grace encouraged me to look back and remember the countless ways God has been faithful, while also looking forward with greater confidence in the One who holds the future.
If you need a reminder that you can trust God in every season, this book offers beautiful encouragement to rest in His character, depend upon His Spirit, and keep walking faithfully with Him.
Great is His faithfulness!
Why Did Jesus Have to Die? And 20 Other Questions About Jesus’s Death and Resurrection takes some of the most important questions we can ask about Jesus and answers them in a clear, accessible, and biblically grounded way.
As Christians, we can become so familiar with the words crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension that we sometimes forget to stop and consider the incredible truths behind them. Why was Jesus’ death necessary? What happened when He rose from the grave? What is His resurrected body like? If Jesus paid the penalty for sin, why isn’t everyone saved? Where is Jesus now? These are significant questions, and this book encourages us to dig deeper rather than settle for answers we may have heard without fully understanding.
I especially appreciated the Q&A format. Dividing the book into sections on Jesus’ death, resurrection, and ascension makes it easy to follow and provides a fuller picture of Christ’s finished work and His present reign. The answers are understandable without treating these profound theological truths as simplistic.
One of the greatest strengths of this book is that it does more than provide information. Understanding why Jesus had to die should deepen our gratitude for the cross. Understanding His resurrection strengthens our hope. And understanding His ascension reminds us that Jesus is alive and reigning today.
The additional resources, including Scriptures about Christ’s substitution and an explanation of the gospel, also make this a helpful book to return to when questions arise or when you want to better explain these truths to someone else.
Why Did Jesus Have to Die? is a valuable resource for both newer believers with questions about the foundations of Christianity and longtime Christians who want to deepen their understanding of the gospel. It left me with a renewed appreciation for the glorious truth at the heart of our faith: Jesus died, Jesus rose, and Jesus reigns!
I love these pens for highlighting in my Bible! I have not found another highlighter that works for my Bible and I don’t worry about it bleeding through.
This was perfect to start conversations about God with my 5 year old. The illustrations were great and made her really want to participate in the conversation. Great buy! Easy to modify to suit different ages.
