Can I add something else or edit my order after it’s placed?

We are not able to edit items to orders that have already been submitted. This is a security feature to protect your credit card transaction. Our system does not store your credit card on file; therefore, extra items cannot be added to or removed from an order. We are also unable to combine orders together after they have been placed to qualify for free shipping. 

Please double check that your cart is complete and accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?

Because orders are processed and shipped so quickly from our warehouse, we cannot cancel orders.

Can I send a note with my order?

At this time, we are unable to include any notes in orders.

I am sending a gift, will there be an invoice included?

Because so many of our customers send items as gifts, we do not include a packing slip in our orders. We encourage you to take a screenshot of any order information that you may need after checkout before exiting out of the window.

Do you offer custom designs?

We do not offer custom designs for individual products. 

If you are interested in a custom design for a bulk order of 100+ items, please reach out to info@thedailygraceco.com with concept ideas – these are limited to minor tweaks of existing designs, and not a complete new concept.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no guarantees on submitting concept ideas or bulk order requests.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts when purchasing 25+ of a single item. However, bulk rate discounts will not apply on top of or in addition to the pricing of items that are already on sale or promotion.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! They are e-gift cards that are sent via email. The email provided on the order is the email that will receive the gift card. You can then print or forward the gift card to the recipient.

Gift Card amount will start at $10 minimum. You can find them here!

What do I do if I received a damaged or broken product?

Damaged or broken product must be unused and reported within 2 weeks of delivery to be replaced, free of charge. We encourage you to open your packages when you receive them to ensure the quality of each product.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If an item is damaged, your purchase will be refunded - not replaced.

SHIPPING

Can I change my shipping address for the order?

We are not able to edit shipping addresses on orders that have already been submitted.  

Please double check that all shipping and billing information is  accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

My address was incorrect and now my order is being Returned-to-Sender?

If an item is Returned-to-Sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

 If you received an email that your order was Returned-to-Sender and wish to cancel the order at that time, the total minus the original shipping costs, will be refunded.

If you wish to re-ship a returned order, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Please double check that all shipping and billing information is  accurate before making your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

YES, we ship worldwide! Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our products will be viewed and purchased online in US dollars. 

The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.

My order is over $75, but I was not offered Free Shipping?

*Please note that International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.*

Orders that are $75 USD pre-tax and after discounts will be given the option to select “Free Shipping” as their shipping method during checkout. (Gift Cards do not count toward the $75 minimum.)

EXAMPLE: Your subtotal may be $85, but if you have a 20% off coupon, that would reduce your subtotal to only $68 and you would no longer qualify for Free Shipping.

EXAMPLE: You may have a $50 Bible in your cart, and a $30 Gift Card. Since Gift Cards do not count toward the $75 minimum for Free Shipping, you are still short $25.

EXAMPLE: Your cart's total is $80, but $8 of that is your shipping charge. This means your subtotal is only $72 and still short of the minimum for Free Shipping by $3.

NOTE: The pink banner at the top of the cart will count down the dollar amount you need to add to cart to qualify for Free Shipping!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do have the option to ship to PO Boxes, which majority of the time will be shipped via USPS or UPS Mail Innovation service.

We encourage you to use a physical address when possible, to avoid further processing and shipping delays that may occur.

While we always strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible, depending on peak times and seasons, orders placed after 11 am EST during the week are subject to be processed in 1-3 following business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

While we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates, we hope the information below helps!

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time is 24 hours. However, during busy seasons, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

Processing and shipping times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches. Shipping carriers will also transfer items between each other (i.e. UPS to USPS), in which this may also cause a delay in arrival.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary.
  • The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive, depending on where you live and your country's custom's policies.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Price Adjustment Policy

We do not offer Price Adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.

Is the Women’s and Men’s content in the studies the same?

Our men's and women's studies contain the same content, but the main difference is in design and photos.

The majority of our studies are written by women, but we do have both men and women on our content team and a male EVP of Product Development that helps oversee all projects. We seek to align with Scripture in everything we do, research books and commentaries that will be helpful for the study process, and use multiple resources to help ensure we are faithfully representing the biblical text.

We'd encourage you to check out our Statement of Faith for any specific questions you may have regarding our content's theology.

What translations does TDGC use?

We use ESV and CSB when creating all of our resources. We do so because they were translated by teams of Bible scholars who desire to communicate the original truths of Scripture as closely as possible, and are also readable and accessible for all audiences!

What types of promotions, sales, and discounts does The Daily Grace Co. offer?

Can I use more than one coupon/promotion code?

Coupon codes are limited to one code per order. 

If you choose to place multiple orders using different codes/promotions, your orders will not be able to be combined and shipped together by our warehouse.

Can I apply my coupon or rewards points from today on a previous order I placed?

We do not retroactively apply coupon or rewards points on previously purchased merchandise. 

For Rewards, once you redeem your reward through your account you will receive a discount code for your reward via email (as well as instantly on your account panel) that you can then use on your next purchase.

TAX EXEMPT & WHOLESALE

How do I place a Tax-Exempt order for my church or organization?

We are excited to announce that we are now creating tax exempt customers in our system, so that taxes will automatically be deducted from orders on our site! Please follow the steps below to create your tax exempt account for future orders.

1. Apply for sales tax exemption at this link (https://thedailygraceco.com/pages/wholesale-application). Please use an email that is designated only for your church or nonprofit organization. Only tax-exempt organizations will be considered.

2. We will approve your application in approximately one business day.

3. Once you receive your approval email, please activate your account through that email. Then, create an order on our website and your taxes will be automatically removed.

How do I place a Wholesale Order?

We are pleased to have our products in shops all over the country!  Although not every application is guaranteed to be accepted, this does include online shops, as long as you have a valid sales tax form.  At this time, we are not accepting wholesale applications from international businesses.
