Can I add something else to my order?
We are not able to add items to orders that have already been submitted. This is a security feature to protect your credit card transaction. Our system does not store your credit card on file; therefore, extra items cannot be added to an order. Please double check that your cart is complete before purchasing.
Can I send a note with my order?
At this time we are unable to include notes in orders. Although there is a "notes" section at checkout, our warehouse staff is unable to send personalized messages or alter your shipment. Please send any order inquiries via email to email@example.com prior to checking out.
I am sending a gift, will there be an invoice included?
Because so many of our customers send items as gifts, the packing slip included in your order will not include prices.
Can I cancel my order?
Because orders are packaged and shipped so quickly, we cannot always cancel orders. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
If you want to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and confirmation of cancellation. Also, realize by the time our customer service processes your request, your order may have already shipped, at which point, it cannot be cancelled.
Also, please note that if an order is cancelled that contains sale items, the sale prices cannot be guaranteed on future orders since sales are usually time sensitive.
Can I change my shipping address for the order?
We cannot guarantee it. Make sure to double check your order and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after your order is placed, please email us right away, and we will check if it is able to be changed.
My address was incorrect and now my order is being "Returned to Sender."
If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you wish to cancel your order, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.
I received a damaged product...what do I do?
Please send an email with a photo of the damaged product to: email@example.com - Please include your order number and name. Damaged products must be reported within 2 weeks of Delivery to qualify for a replacement.
What is typical shipping time?
We ship orders Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days. These times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches. We always strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Expedited Shipping is available if needed.
What is Expedited Shipping?
Customers who pay for Expedited Shipping receive the following: (1) Orders shipped out within 1 business day. (2) Delivery time is no more than 2 business days either via UPS or USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We ship worldwide! All of our products, however, will be viewed and purchased online in US dollars. The customer is responsible for all duties and customs. These vary from country to country. Contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc. Shipping times vary depending on the country.
Do you offer custom designs?
We do not offer individual custom designs. We do offer custom designs for bulk orders (at least 50 items based on product).
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We do offer bulk discounts for churches/conferences/retreats etc. when purchasing 50 or more of a single item. This offer is not for 50 various items, but a quantity of 50 for one particular item. Our devotionals are also available for discounted rates when you purchase 3 or more, 5 or more, 10 or more, etc.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please read all product descriptions carefully and thoroughly before purchasing. Should you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly answer your questions about a product.
Can you donate product for a review/auction/giveaway?
We currently do not have any openings to donate products for reviews, auctions, or giveaways.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can find them here!
My order is over $60 but I was not offered free shipping?
Please note that $60 must be the "sub-total." The sub-total is calculated after sale prices, but before sales tax and shipping. Also, Gift Cards do not count toward the $60 minimum.
Example, your sub-total may be $70, but if you have a 20% off coupon, that would reduce your sub-total to only $56 and you would not qualify for free shipping.
Example, you may have a $50 Bible in your cart, and a $25 Gift Card. Since Gift Cards do not count toward the $60 minimum for free shipping, you are still short $10.
Can I use more than one coupon code?
Coupon codes are limited to one code per order.
Can I use a coupon code when ordering a surprise box?
Coupons are not valid on subscriptions due to the already discounted nature of this product.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Sometimes. If you pay for your shipping charges, your order will ship via USPS (and USPS delivers to PO Boxes); however, if your order is over $60 and you select FREE SHIPPING, your order will likely ship via UPS, and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Therefore, if you select Free Shipping as your shipping method, you must provide us with a valid address that is not a PO Box. We do apologize for this inconvenience.
We are pleased to have our products in shops all over the country. At this time we do not offer wholesale to online shops.

What are your business hours / when will my order ship?
Our business hours are M-F 9:00am-5:00pm! We do our very best to make sure that your package gets to you as soon as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, but it may take slightly longer during busy seasons such as Christmas and product launches.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it could take anywhere from 1-7 days for domestic shipping. We are located in Pennsylvania, so typically, the closer your shipping address is to us, the quicker your package will arrive. We ship domestically via a variety of methods including USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority, USPS Media Mail; UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, and 2nd Day Air. All International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
