Fear of failure. Fear of making the wrong decision. Fear of what friends think.

Teens face all of these fears and more, sometimes on a regular basis! These fears can lead teens to people-please, to compromise their identity in Christ, or to make rash decisions. But it does not have to be this way. There is hope for the teenager struggling to find peace amidst fear. This hope is found in Jesus.

Fear Not | Gospel Hope for Worried Teens is a booklet with 25 entries designed to help teens navigate their feelings of fear with Scripture, biblical truth, and gospel hope.

Fear Not | Gospel Hope for Worried Teens will:

* Address specific, common fears teens face with Scripture and gospel-centered devotions

* Help teens understand who God is and how He equips us to face our fears

* Prompt teens to reflect upon their own fears and experiences with thoughtful questions in each entry

Special resources:

* Flow chart depicting healthy versus unhealthy fears

* Extra on practical tips for fighting fear

* Extra on what to do when you do not know what to pray

Love the opportunity for conversations

A lot of times we unknowingly pass things off to our children, as a mother who deals with anxiety, I figured it's probably a good ideas to bring up my kids with the tools they need to take a different path when it comes to anxiety. This book is perfect for addressing fears that are hidden in heart of teens and bringing them into light so we can exchange them with truths.
