The Be Still Journal has helped me to deepen my faith. The way it is laid out with prompts has helped me to focus during my quiet time each morning. The journal helps to focus on just 1-3 verses at a time and causes me to go deeper in my understanding of the verse(s). I really love the last 2 prompts which are adoration & application of the verses. They help lead me into worship & prayer. The construction of the journal is good quality - it’s a hardback journal that lays flat for writing. I would recommend it to everyone seeking more focus & application in their quiet time.

I bought this for taking sermon notes instead of using the paper bulletins provided by my church which inevitably get bent, lost, and misplaced. Plus I’m not a big fan of loose stacks of paper hanging around my house. The format of the journal flows well with sermon notes. Now I can keep them in one place. It’s got a pretty cover too!
This journal is BEAUTIFUL and super well made. I’m excited to incorporate it into my morning prayer!
