What is beautiful? Whether we want to admit it or not, most of us care about how we look. For some of us, our physical appearance takes up more mental real estate than we would like to admit. But it’s a true struggle! We are bombarded with so many definitions of beauty, and not surprisingly, these definitions seem to change! It’s exhausting! And if we’re honest, this is a point of insecurity for many of us. How can we work through the topic of physical beauty and move past insecurity? Today, we’re joined by Bethany Beal from Girl Defined Ministries, and she talks to us about physical beauty and the struggles that even we, as Christian women, can wrestle with. It is a conversation filled with the hope of Christ, so be sure to join in!
