Emotions and the Heart Bible Study

I did a study with a group of women and at the end I felt I really understood what it meant to honor God with my emotions and that regardless of how I’m feeling, He understands, knows, and is there to comfort us. It was so good to go through each emotion.

This study helped guide my thinking to focus on what matters. At the same time, it acknowledges that emotions are real and ok to have.

This is the first Daily Grace study I've ever done. I absolutely loved it! It taught me so much about our emotions, how God experienced the same emotions, & how Jesus modeled them perfectly for us on earth. I highly recommend this study if you're someone who struggles with managing your own emotions or you don't know what to do with them. This study is super helpful!

This has been a wonderful first study! This was the first study I purchased from the Daily Grace (deciding to start with something a little more personal so that I may stick with it) and it has been such a beautiful learning experience! Reading scriptures then the study notes for the day, I feel compelled and excited to respond to the prompts. Just the first week's studies made a difference in the way I view some hard emotions I've always struggled with. It's been beautiful to experience learning about God's intentions and design for our emotions and the difference it's made processing them in real time.
