This study offers such a great perspective. It is also beautiful and high quality paper, making it easy to write on.

I love this study. Physically the book with the matte paper is easier to read and ink doesn’t smear. The study is wonderfully weaved together. It points you to Scripture that truly makes you stop and focus on God during anxious moments. I hope to do the study with a group of ladies.

I really appreciate that they addressed clinical anxiety and depression versus anxiety and depression that everyone can face. They made a very clear distinction between those that can get anxious versus those that have an anxiety disorder. They also address the need for professional counseling and medication in some instances. Having said that the study is a great perspective on recognizing the character of God. They spend a lot of time in Scripture discussing who God is, the promises of God, and our job as believers trusting God. Some topics addressed are seek first the kingdom of God, taking every thought captive, recognizing Jesus as our high priest, and hope in eternity.
This is a 3-week. The only thing I did not like is at the end of each week is a set of reflection questions and every week it's the exact same set of questions.

I bought this study for myself, however, I had a friend going through some health struggles and it seemed the Lord wanted her to have it instead! She stated it is very thorough, reassuring, and a supportive help in her time of need.

I have always struggled with anxiety and did not know it till a few years ago. I’m excited to go through this study and learn what the Bible says about anxiety and how to manage it!
