This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by The Daily Grace Co., located at 460 WILDWOOD FOREST DR STE 140S SPRING, TX, US 77380 ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and have a valid U.S. shipping address. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Giveaway Period
Entries are accepted during a single entry period (the "Entry Period"), which begins Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 8:00 AM CDT and ends Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT. One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced on or around Thursday, September 17, 2026.
How to Enter
There are three required steps to enter — you do not need to make a purchase to enter or win:Step 1 — Complete the Giveaway entry form linked in Sponsor's Instagram bio (@thedailygraceco).Step 2 — Follow @thedailygraceco on Instagram.Step 3 — Comment on the Giveaway post on Sponsor's Instagram account, sharing what you're most excited for this holiday season.All three steps must be completed during the Entry Period for an entry to be eligible. Limit one (1) base entry per person.Bonus Entries (optional, no purchase necessary): Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry for each of the following actions completed during the Entry Period: (a) sharing the Giveaway post to your Instagram Stories, and/or (b) tagging a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post. Maximum of two (2) bonus entries per person, in addition to the one (1) base entry.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, by Sponsor or its designated representative, on or around Thursday, September 17, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within two (2) business days of selection. The selected entrant must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize; failure to respond within this window may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the terms of use of the platform used to enter (Instagram).
By sharing the Giveaway post to your Instagram Stories, tagging a friend, or commenting on the Giveaway post, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and feature your public content (including your username) on Sponsor's own social media and marketing channels, with credit given where practical. Entrants retain ownership of their own content.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Disputes and Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding this Giveaway, including eligibility, entry validity, and winner selection, are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
