As you engage with us, you’ll move through three VIP levels—each one unlocking greater benefits and helping you earn rewards even faster.

Joining is easy! Simply create an account through the Rewards widget on our homepage. Once you’re signed up, you’ll automatically start earning points right away.

No—it’s completely free to join! All you need is an account to start earning points and enjoying special rewards and perks.

You will earn points on all upcoming purchases, but will not award points for past purchases.

You earn points for every dollar you spend at The Daily Grace Co. You can also earn points by performing tasks. You must be signed into your account to earn points.

You can easily track your earned points and view available rewards directly from your The Daily Grace Co. Rewards account, making it simple to redeem your points for the perks you love.

Yes, your points will expire after one year.

In order to earn birthday points, you must enter your correct birth date when you’re signed into your account. You must enter this information at least 30 days prior to your birthday in order to receive points. Please note, these points are only granted once every 365 days.

To make sure you earn points for your purchase, please be sure you’re logged into your The Daily Grace Co. Rewards account before placing your order.

Yes! Your VIP status is based on the total number of points you earn within a year—not the points you redeem—so spending your points won’t affect your progress toward the next level.

To ensure your transaction is accurate, please only redeem one reward at a time.

Once you redeem your points for a reward, even if you don’t proceed with checkout you won’t get points back. However, you can redeem your reward at any time within one year of redemption.

Yes! Once you redeem your reward through your account you will receive a discount code for your reward via email (as well as instantly on your account panel). You are welcome to share that one-time use discount code with anyone you would like.

In order to receive points for writing a review please consider the following:

• Write the review directly from the email you received on your most recent order. If you can't find this email, try searching "We're shooting for the stars... Leave a review!" in your inbox. The email may have been sent to a spam folder.
• Ensure that the email you placed your order with is the same email you use for our rewards program
• You are only eligible to receive points for writing one review every 30 days.

Once you’re signed into your account, your current tier will automatically appear in your The Daily Grace Co. Rewards account.

You will automatically reach the Sprout when you sign up for The Daily Grace Co. Rewards Program.

Once you have earned 900 points you will receive an email with updated perks and benefits for the Silver level.

Once you have earned 2100 points you will receive an email with updated perks and benefits for the Gold level.

In order to stay in a certain VIP tier, you must earn the number of points required to enter that tier every calendar year.
