This study was a great way for me to sit with my feelings and get to understand the godly and ungodly ways they can lead me into. At the end of the book, there are a few journaling pages to process emotions. I love to process my emotions through journaling. There should be an emotions journal resource!!!

I just started this study and am really enjoying it. Our emotions are an important part of who we are and it’s important that we learn how keep them in submission to Christ. I recommend this one.

I was curious about these Devotionals so I bought some for me and my best friend. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. They are absolutely beautiful, the design, materials, content. It even tells you the theme youll be studying each day and, of course, they are gospel centered. Definitely buying a few more!

Just started it & already love this study!! It’s most importantly very Biblical but also just easy to ready and aesthetic!! So excited to see how God changes my view on emotions with Him through this study.

Emotions are a tricky thing, but seeing how they relate to Scripture has been eye opening.
