I wanted to love this one sooooo bad. I’ve looked for a few weeks before I landed on this Bible. I love the way it looks, the shape, the pages, the note portion, and even purchased the tabs. Absolutely beautiful…. After using it for a while, I noticed the font was just much smaller and thinner compared to the other two bibles that I had, making it difficult to follow. The note portions underneath the scriptures are actually a larger font. It appears that there was no real structure in typesetting this Bible, and it just feels off. The pages are also incredibly thin. Every pen bleeds, never allowing you to write on the page behind it. This is the time that I judged a book by its cover, and regretfully did not work out. If you want a Bible to look beautiful on your nightstand, this is absolutely the one. But if you really need it to digest the word and study the Bible, this is not the one. :( - They also do not do returns, so choose wisely when spending this much for your beloved book.

I recently received my ESV Journaling Study Bible and could not be more pleased with my purchase. The TruTone cover is beautifully crafted—soft, flexible, and comfortable to hold—while the Smyth-sewn binding allows the Bible to lay flat and feel very durable for long-term use.

I especially appreciate the generous two-inch margins, which provide ample space for structured journaling without feeling cluttered, along with the clear, readable layout and thoughtful study features.
