The Old Testament can feel intimidating, and if you feel that way you’re not alone.

But both Old and New Testaments tell one story, and they are far more connected than you might realize. That story begins in the Old Testament, and it contains numerous threads that run throughout and find their resolution in the New Testament. 

This means you can’t fully appreciate the New Testament without also appreciating the Old, or the Old without the New.

He Himself is the main character and climax of the story begun in the Old Testament. For that reason, we can appropriately say that Jesus Christ is present in all of Scripture, not just part of it.

Christ in All of Scripture Volume 2 covers weeks 14 through 26. The four volumes progress through the Old Testament canonically (in the order the books appear in the Bible), with this volume covering select passages from Leviticus through Ezra.

As with the other volumes, you will begin each week by studying and annotating passages from the Old and New Testament. You will then read about how these passages connect and how they point to Jesus and the gospel. Finally, you will discover how the Scriptures apply to your daily life.

The entire Bible is about Jesus, and when you see it for yourself, it will transform your understanding of not only God and His Word but also the work of His Son, Jesus Christ.
