So intentional

I'm about to start on week 3 of this study and I am in awe at how much I get out of a 30-minute study each day from ONE verse. I'm a busy mom and squeezing in bible time in the morning before my kids are up can be difficult. This works perfectly and I'm able to get so much out of it - while also slowing down to read, comprehend and respond to the questions at the end of each daily lesson. I love this guide in general but they way it's set up is so intentional.

Not what I was looking for

It’s a beautiful book and I’m sure great for many people! I was hoping for a study that gave me more context about John, but I felt like it was more guided thinking for new believers. Kinda bummed, not quite what I was looking for

Simple but Refreshing

I have only been in this new study for a few days, but I have loved how the simple take on a verse has made me look deeper. I love the design of the study and the insight of the devotional, along with extra insights. I also had not had a spiral type of study before but really liked it. I also really like the application section that helps me put what I'm reading into practice. It is a simpler focus from day to day, but is a great reminder. A great way to start or end my day! I would say this is not a deep or heavy study, but one that refreshes you and reminds you of simple truths, great to be paired with a deeper study. Overall, I have been greatly enjoying this study and would recommend it!
